  1. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY AT Ziplite Footwear?
    3 Day Return Policy
    While ordering from ziplitefootwear.com, we provide complete peace of mind to our customers – you can return all items within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging are intact.
    If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. WHAT IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, WRONG PRODUCT OR MISSING UNITS IN YOUR ORDER?
    This has to be put in the unpacking video which is to be made immediately after delivery. If video proof and other details found genuine by our team only then it will be acceptable for its return. For this one has to raise the ticket and upload the unpacking video along with pics of product, bill with visible order number with description in detail.
  3. WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE COLOR/SIZE  AND WILL THAT PRODUCT IS APPLICABLE FOR RETURN?
    Yes.
  4. CAN I RETURN A SINGLE ITEM WHEN I HAVE BOUGHT THE PRODUCTS IN COMBO DEAL?
    No, Individual items cannot be returned when the products are sold in a combo deal.
  5. WHAT IF I CANCEL ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT?
    If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order from our website. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 7 working days after the cancellation request.
  6. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES ON Ziplite Footwear?
    There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Ziplite Footwear.
